Stupidly shut the bonnet on my windscreen wiper which I had lifted to wash my brand new car. I visited a couple of small garages round the back of King's Cross thinking they'd be cheapest and was quoted £150 to replace the wiper with a wait of around 10 days. Thinking Bosch service centre would be even more expensive as it is so clean and smart I nevertheless dropped in. They replaced the wiper for £50 with a 2 day wait to order in the part. The guys couldn't have been more helpful. Also a very 'un-macho' atmosphere. They could so easily have been patronising to a woman making a dumb error like mine. They weren't.. Kind and polite throughout. Can't recommend enough.
